About Sheila Salsman
I grew up in Jacksonville, AR where my Grandfather was a real estate agent. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Texas where I attended college and received a B.A. Degree in Paralegal Studies. I gained a lot of my real estate background experience working for Real Estate Attorneys and General Practice Attorneys. I met my husband a few years later and we married and ended up spending several years in West Texas and 20 years in Albuquerque, NM. I have always had an interest in Real Estate, but never officially took the step to get my license until I returned to Arkansas in 2012. I have had my license for 5 years now.

- Other committees on which I have served- Banquet, Strategic Plan, Marketing and RPAC.
I like to stay up to date with the market(s). I work with Buyers and Sellers and really don’t have a preference between the two. I love them both! My goal is to do the best job I can for my clients. As much as we all like to make the sale, my priority is getting the clients the results they are looking for and sometimes that may not result in a purchase or sale.
My husband and I have been married 28 years and just recently started working together in the real estate business. We have a 13-year-old son and a couple of 4 legged babies also. My hobbies/passions are gardening, photography, painting and music and all things houses (design, landscaping, marketing); that order can change depending on the day! :) I bring my love of photography and marketing skills to the business; as well as my desire to educate my clients and give them the same quality and attention to details that I put into everything I do.
Having had the opportunity to see many different styles of homes in our multiple moves over the years, I am always looking at the possibilities of homes I see on the market in terms of designs and remodel ideas. I have assisted in the building of several homes from the foundation to the final touches; as well as the marketing, purchasing and selling of homes and undeveloped land. Because of that, I believe I can bring a wide range of information to my clients. I have repeat clients who refer me for those qualities.
